August 2020 Newsletter

Welcome to our August news and updates as we say goodbye to winter and welcome some sunny spring days!

Les moved into his new house on his Birthday this month with many of our residents welcoming him with open arms and a morning coffee catch up full of laughs.

Les chose the “Rose” floor plan and included some flash upgrades including black fixtures and fittings which we think look great. We may even use some of his ideas in our next display home!

Our September Social Calendar is now up and running with a few more excursions now the weather is warming up including lunch at Mandurah Foreshore and a couple of trips to the Kalamunda Markets. The usual darts, pool and table tennis are still popular with regular coffee catch ups and happy hour Fridays. We are always open to new ideas so please feel free to recommend activities or places to visit so we can add them to next month’s calendar.

Nice shot Les, very clever but it’s a shame you missed out on any points!

Our Residents often recommend our local services when they have had a great experience.

Chris used a local car detailer this month who did a fantastic job, plus had some extra shelving and storage installed by Handy Mike! She also had custom curtains made by a lovely family owned business who provided an affordable quality product.

Luke Nass and Robert Day also both come highly recommended by our residents who have successfully sold homes recently.

Progress is going well on our next display homes with completion scheduled for mid-October. The “Rose” design now has high ceilings throughout the lounge and dining rooms to create the feeling of a spacious living area.

Daffodil Day is a day to remember all those whose lives have been touched by cancer. It’s a day to honour them, and to invest in cancer research to ensure a cancer free tomorrow comes sooner. Donations can be made online at

Finally, we would like to wish all the fathers, Grandads and Pappys a very Happy Fathers Day with loving family and friends this weekend.

Best Wishes Keith, Jane, Leah and Family.
