Homes are built in just 12 weeks with quality fixtures and fittings giving you peace of mind in a secure, social community.
Our residents made the most of the sunshine and ventured to Kings Park this month.
This week our village had a visit from channel sevens HOME IN WA!
The presenter Holly had a tour of the grounds and spoke to our residents about their experience at Champion Lakes. Keep an eye out when the show goes to air on
